Applications of Robots

Injection moulding Machines can use 6 Axis Robots for loading of inserts & unloading parts from machines & can stack/ palatize or load for secondary operations to seperate.

This 3D example explains a single Six Axis Robot handling 2 injection moulding machines & one SPM simultaneously.

CNC Handing with 6 Axis Robots used in CNC machines is the Latest update in industry everyone is moving forward. A single 6 Axis robot can handle multiple CNC machine simultaneously to support single piece flow.

In the Concept as shown two 6 Axis Robots handling, six CNC machines & two SPM at 24/7 Shift in a single piece flow method. This will ensure smooth flow of process in the cell layout

Stamping machine Loading & Unloading can be a risky job for unskilled operators to handle and a tiring process to continuously load & unload components in the mould. This can be eliminated by the use of 6 Axis Robots in the cell for 24/7 non stop run.

Stacking of Carton Boxes can also be automated using our 6 Axis robots. we have robots with payload capacity from 3kg to 0.5 Ton with a reach from 400mm to 8000mm. based on your required capacity we can provide suitable.
